It is recommended that you buy tickets in advance, tickets onsite will be dependent on capacity and availability.

You can pay your booking up to 7 days before your visit. If the payment is still pending after that period the booking will be canceled. We accept also cash payments onsite, for that please contact us at https://business.feverup.com/fever-for-business/private-events/#contact

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

For groups under 25 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 25, please fill the groups form.
