What can I expect from Dinos Alive Immersive Experience?
Dinos Alive is an immersive exhibition taking you back millions of years to the land of giants. With the help of realistic, life-sized moving replicas and a fully themed venue, you’ll step right into the Jurassic era and meet over 80 specimens of famous dinosaurs such as the T-rex, Stegosaurus, and Velociraptor. See what it feels like to walk alongside some of the largest animals to have ever set foot on our planet!
Where is the experience located?
The exhibit will take place at Unit 9B, Artane Place, Beaumont, Artane, Co. Dublin, D05 X395.
Does the exhibition take place in an indoor venue?
Yes, this is an indoor experience.
How long does the experience last?
Your visit should take around 45-75 minutes.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there won't be strobe lights.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, there’s air conditioning.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
No, there’s not.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will be a store at the end of the experience.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walking event and there are no places to sit during the big part of the experience.
Is there a Cloakroom / lockers available on site?
No, there’s no cloakroom or lockers.
Are prams allowed?
Yes, they are allowed

Tickets
Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We recommend getting your tickets ahead of time through the App, but it will be possible to purchase tickets on site. Please keep in mind that tickets are limited and availability on site is not guaranteed.
Do we have carer tickets?
Carers have free entry. Just make sure to show the documentation at the box office. No entry is allowed without documentation.
Do children need to pay for a ticket?
Kids 3 and younger are free.
Do you offer group discounts?
For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill the
groups form.
Who are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Dinos Alive in Dublin can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless ticket(s) will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from
Google Play and the
Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes! You can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't make it to any of the dates. Will there be additional sessions?
We may potentially announce additional sessions in the future. Stay tuned!
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out with at least 48h. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Is this a kid-friendly environment?
All ages are welcome! This is a family-friendly experience suitable for kids. There will even be a special interactive space just for them!
What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you have a Flex ticket, you have nothing to worry about, as you can visit the experience at any time during the day of your ticket. Otherwise, you will need to purchase an add-on on site to change your ticket to Flex. Please make sure to check our closing times, as we will not be able to change them.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Please do not bring alcohol or anything that may disturb the other patrons.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there will be restrooms on site.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
There is parking available close to the venue.
Miscellaneous
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them to your heart's content! When taking pictures, please make sure not to disturb other customers, and do not use flash. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted. You can share your pictures at #dinosalive.
