What can I expect from the event?
Dinos Alive is an immersive exhibition taking you back millions of years to the land of giants. With the help of realistic, moving replicas and a fully themed venue, you’ll step right into the Jurassic era and meet several dozen specimens of famous dinosaurs such as the T-rex, Stegosaurus, and Velociraptor. See what it feels like to walk alongside some of the largest animals to have ever set foot on our planet!
Where is the experience located?
The experience will take place at Place Bonaventure, 800 De La Gauchetière Street West, Montreal, Québec H5A 1K6, Exhibition Entrance: Level 400 – West Side (Great Hall)
How to get there?
- By Foot / Underground City Access:
Enter Place Bonaventure via the “Le Passage” underground pedestrian walkway.
Follow signage for “Level 300 / 400” or “Great Hall”.
Use escalators or elevators to reach Level 400.
The exhibition entrance is located on the west side of Level 400, clearly marked on directional signs.
Look for freestanding signs and display panels along the path and in “Le Passage”
Use the Bonaventure Metro Station (Orange Line).
Exit toward Place Bonaventure via the underground pedestrian network.
Follow signs for “Le Passage” or Hotel Bonaventure.
From there, take escalators/elevators to Level 400 and proceed to the west end of the floor.
Arrive via Rue Saint-Antoine or Rue De La Gauchetière Ouest.
Enter the building at 800 De La Gauchetière Street West.
Parking is available at Place Bonaventure (check signage for visitor lots).
Take elevators directly to Level 400 from the parking level.
Access the Level 300/400 escalators from the Hotel Bonaventure lobby.
Follow signage or maps to “Great Hall – Immersive Exhibition"

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
There’s paid parking onsite, you can check the rates here. Place Bonaventure has 750 spaces in its indoor parking garage, including 4 charging stations on level P1, accessible from Mansfield street. Some 5,000 parking spaces are also available in the immediate surroundings.essay writing service
Is there parking available?
Secure Parking - Barrack Bridge is located in the same building. Entry and exit are via Stirling Street. Fees apply.
In addition, there is metered street parking available near the Northbridge Centre. Fees apply.

Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience has the option to enjoy a virtual reality journey; please check if your ticket includes it.

About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?
If you're looking to book for a large group or arrange a private event, please direct to the Groups section in the event's website.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Please do not bring alcohol or anything that may disturb the other patrons.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted. You can share your pictures at #dinosalive.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is a coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Kids under 3 years old will be allowed in for free.
Will there be an audio guide?
This experience will include an audio guide in French & English. Don't forget to bring headphones!
