What can I expect from Dinos Alive Immersive Experience?
Dinos Alive is an immersive exhibition taking you back millions of years to the land of giants. With the help of realistic, life-sized moving replicas and a fully themed venue, you’ll step right into the Jurassic era and meet over 80 specimens of famous dinosaurs such as the T-rex, Stegosaurus, and Velociraptor. See what it feels like to walk alongside some of the largest animals to have ever set foot on our planet!

The exhibit will take place at 31 15th Street, West Sacramento, 95691.
Does the exhibition take place in an indoor venue?
Yes, this is an indoor experience.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend around 45-75 minutes at this experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
The experience may contain mildly flashing lights, if flashing lights affect you, please do let our staff know upon arrival.
Will there be loud sounds?
This is a real size dino experience that move and roar. Please, consider this if you’re sensitive to loud noises.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, there’s air conditioning in the venue.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
You will find several spots where you will be able to sit down. But please, have in mind that this is a walking experience in most of its different rooms.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, no, but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.
Check out West Sacramento’s exciting and welcoming shops, restaurants and bars, including the iconic Whitey’s Jolly Kone, Drake’s The Barn, Franquette, Sal’s Tacos, Teryaki Madness, The Midway Bar & Grill, Pooja, Streets of London, and dozens of unique spots for a drink or a bite!
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.

Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We recommend getting your tickets ahead of time through the App, but it will be possible to purchase tickets on site. Please keep in mind that tickets are limited and availability on site is not guaranteed.
Do we have carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker at the entrance of the venue. Please make sure to show the documentation at the box office. No entry is allowed without documentation.
Do children need to pay for a ticket?
Kids 2 and younger will be allowed in for free.
Do you offer group discounts?
For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill the
groups form.
Who are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Dinos Alive in Dublin can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless ticket(s) will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from
Google Play and the
Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes! You can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't make it to any of the dates. Will there be additional sessions?
We may potentially announce additional sessions in the future. Stay tuned!
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please
contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our
T&C.
Access
Is this a kid-friendly environment?
All ages are welcome! This is a family-friendly experience suitable for kids. There will even be a special interactive space just for them!
What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you have a Flex ticket, you have nothing to worry about, as you can visit the experience at any time during the day of your ticket. Otherwise, you will need to purchase an add-on on site to change your ticket to Flex. Please make sure to check our closing times, as we will not be able to change them.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Please do not bring alcohol or anything that may disturb the other patrons.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Is there parking available?
We offer paid valet parking on-site. Free parking is also available less than 1/2 mile away at Drake’s Barn, where the first two hours of parking are free.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes, it is. You won’t miss any information different to the dinosaur’s roars!
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
Unfortunately, we don’t have any options for visually impaired people.
Is there an audio guide available? If so, what are audio guide languages? How to download the audio guide?
We don’t have an audio guide, but you can download our app “Dinos Alive” to read about our dinos.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes, the space is accessible for strollers.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please
contact us.
Are there clothes checks available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Can I bring animals into the experience?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.

Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them to your heart's content! When taking pictures, please make sure not to disturb other customers, and do not use flash. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted. You can share your pictures at #dinosalive.
