What can I expect from Dinos Alive Immersive Experience?
Dinos Alive is an immersive exhibition taking you back millions of years to the land of giants. With the help of realistic, life-sized moving replicas and a fully themed venue, you'll step right into the Jurassic era and meet over 80 specimens of famous dinosaurs such as the T-rex, Stegosaurus, and Velociraptor. See what it feels like to walk alongside some of the largest animals to have ever set foot on our planet!
Where is the experience located?
The exhibit will take place at Fever Pavilion at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park, Olympic Blvd, Sydney Olympic Park NSW, 2127.
Entry: Fever Pavilion at Sydney Showground is located on the corner of Olympic Blvd and New England Ave with entry via Gate 4 only.
Does the exhibition take place in an indoor venue?
Yes, this is an indoor experience.
How long does the experience last?
Your visit should take around 45-75 minutes.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
No, but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will be.
Is there air conditioning?
No, there's no air conditioning in the venue.

Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We recommend getting your tickets ahead of time through the App, but it will be possible to purchase tickets on site. Please keep in mind that tickets are limited and availability on site is not guaranteed.
Do we have carer tickets? Are companion cards accepted?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free. No entry is allowed without documentation.
Do children need to pay for a ticket?
Kids 3 and younger have free entry.
Do you offer group discounts?
For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the "Group Bundle" option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill the
groups form.
Who are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Dinos Alive in Sydney can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless ticket(s) will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from
Google Play and the
Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes! You can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't make it to any of the dates. Will there be additional sessions?
We may potentially announce additional sessions in the future. Stay tuned!
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, you can refer to our

Is this a kid-friendly environment?
All ages are welcome! This is a family-friendly experience suitable for kids. There will even be a special interactive space just for them! Bear in mind that kids 3 and under have free entry.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you have a Flex ticket, you have nothing to worry about, as you can visit the experience at any time during the day of your ticket. Otherwise, you will need to purchase an add-on on site to change your ticket to Flex. Please make sure to check our closing times, as we will not be able to change them.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Please do not bring alcohol or anything that may disturb the other patrons.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there will be restrooms on site.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
Free limited street parking is available around Olympic Boulevard and Grand Parade but is dependent on other events in the precinct. There are plenty of paid parking options around the Olympic Park precinct with P1 the closest to the venue (~5 min walk). Alternative arrangements may occur on special event days in the Olympic park precinct, please refer to

Is the experience accessible for visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be accomodated for deaf and visually impaired people. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.

We don't have an audio guide, but you can download our app "Dinos Alive" to read about our dinos.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes, they are allowed
How will we handle Lost and Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please
contact us.
Are there clothes checks available?
No clothes checks available.
Will there be strobe lights?
The experience may contain mildly flashing lights, if flashing lights affect you, please do let our staff know upon arrival.
Will there be loud sounds?
This is a real size dino experience that moves and roars. Please, consider this if you're sensitive to loud noises.
Can I bring animals into the experience?
Only service animals are allowed inside the exhibit.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
You will find several spots where you will be able to sit down. But please, have in mind that this is a walking experience in most of its different rooms.

Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them to your heart's content! When taking pictures, please make sure not to disturb other customers, and do not use flash. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted. You can share your pictures at #dinosalive.
